I have created some great self help tools you can use away from the therapists office or even instead of the therapist if you are motivated to do so.
I have my private practice in Reading Berkshire. Here I treat a lot of the common mental health problems like depression, anxiety and PTSD. But I also hold skype consultations as well, if you are to far from Reading.
